The privacy of our visitors is important to us.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your rights and obligations regarding the use of ReputUp’s Software (“Software”) and service (both collectively referred to as the ” Service “) on the Internet or in cellular media. These Terms constitute a fully binding agreement between ReputUp the proprietor of all rights in and to the Service, and you. It is therefore recommended that you carefully read these Terms.

By using the ReputUp Service, you signify your assent to these Terms;

If you do not agree to these Terms or any of its parts, then you are prohibited and must refrain from using the Service.

ReputUp’s Privacy Policy

At ReputUp, we recognize that privacy of your personal information is important. Here is information on what types of personal information we receive and collect when you use and visit ReputUp, and how we safeguard your information. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

We collect information when you use our Services to offer you a personalized and relevant experience, including growing your network and enabling business opportunities.

Log Files

We collect information from the devices and networks that you use to access our Services.

When you visit or leave our Services by clicking a hyperlink or when you view a third-party site that includes our plugin or cookies (or similar technology), we automatically receive the URL of the site from which you came or the one to which you are directed. Also, advertisers receive the URL of the page that you are on when you click an ad on or through our Services. We also receive the internet protocol (“IP”) address of your computer or the proxy server that you use to access the web, your computer operating system details, your type of web browser, your mobile device (including your mobile device identifier provided by your mobile device operating system), your mobile operating system (if you are accessing ReputUp using a mobile device), and the name of your ISP or your mobile carrier. We may also receive location data passed to us from third-party services or GPS-enabled devices that you have set up, which we use to show you local information on our service and for fraud prevention and security purposes. Most mobile devices allow you to prevent real time location data being sent to us, and of course we will honor your settings.

Cookies and Web Beacons

We do use cookies to store information, such as your personal preferences when you visit our site. This could include only showing you a popup once in your visit, or the ability to login to some of our features, such as forums. In our cookies we store information about our site/ service usage this helps us provide your relevant and fresh content.

We also use third party advertisements on ReputUp to support our site. Some of these advertisers may use technology such as cookies and web beacons when they advertise on our site, which will also send these advertisers (such as Google through the Google AdSense program) information including your IP address, your ISP , the browser you used to visit our site. DoubleClick DART cookies

We also may use DART cookies for ad serving through Google’s DoubleClick, which places a cookie on your computer when you are browsing the web and visit a site using DoubleClick advertising (including some Google AdSense advertisements). This cookie is used to serve ads specific to you and your interests (”interest based targeting”).

The ads served will be targeted based on your previous browsing history . DART uses “non personally identifiable information”. It does NOT track personal information about you, such as your name, email address, physical address, telephone number, social security numbers, bank account numbers or credit card numbers.

You can choose to disable or selectively turn off our cookies or third-party cookies in your browser settings, or by managing preferences in programs such as Norton Internet Security. However, this can affect how you are able to interact with our site as well as other websites. Deleting cookies does not mean you are permanently opted out of any advertising program. Unless you have settings that disallow cookies, the next time you visit a site running the advertisements, a new cookie will be added.

ReputUp’s User Agreement

To use the Services, you agree that you must be the “Minimum Age” (defined below) or older and (you are not already restricted by ReputUp from using the Services.

“Minimum Age” means (a) 18 years old for the People’s Republic of China, (b) 16 years old for the Netherlands, (c) 14 years old for the United States, Canada, Germany, Spain, Australia and South Korea, and (d) 13 years old for all other countries. However, if law requires that you must be older in order for ReputUp to lawfully provide the Services to you (including the collection, storage and use of your information) then the Minimum Age is such older age. The Services are not for use by anyone under the age of 13.

Rights and Limits
As between you and ReputUp, ReputUp own the content and information access and acquire via ReputUp service. You can use the acquired Content for the following purposes, provided you do not violate the rights of any third party:

(a) as a part of publication in website, magazines and newspapers.

Service Availability and Termination

We may change or discontinue any of our Services. We can’t promise to store or keep showing any information and content available via ReputUp services.

Dispute Resolution
In the unlikely event we end up in a legal dispute, it will take place in California courts, applying California law.

You agree that the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., excluding its conflict of laws rules, shall exclusively govern any dispute relating to this Agreement and/or the Services. We both agree that all of these claims can only be litigated in the federal or state courts of Santa Clara County, California, USA, and we each agree to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We will reserve any and all rights to modify ReputUp following policies without prior notice, and it is up to the visitor to stay updated with this page.
